Romantic Restaurants

I pose this questions (Isa) not necessarily for me. I think it's a topic that should be occasionally revisited. I ate at the Rib Room ions ago. I do remember it being very nice.
The wife and I went to Antoin'es pre-K,and it was just hustle and bustle. I went there with colleagues last week and it was very nice, but we were in the back room again. Wouldn't it be more elegant to be seated in the front room?

When Mr. Envie and I want a romantic dinner that doesn't break the bank, we go to Feelings Cafe. We like to have a cocktail first in the courtyard.

When the weather is this gorgeous, my fav. romantic rest is the courtyard of Bayona.

During this time of year, I so love the courtyard at Martinique.

If you haven't been to Pelicano yet, check it out. It can be romantic. The place itself has a very calming feeling to it. The darker wood and deep red paint help. I think it could fit the bill for romantic even though it's an open room. So is GW Finns, but that's not romantic to me at all, too loud and 'busy' I guess.

The booths at Bombay are nice. Also the pub tables for cocktails by the piano player.

I find the middle room at Irene's dark and romantic. They have a nice wine list and desserts too that help make a romantic meal.

I know of at least one child that was conceived in the parking lot of Ye Old College Inn when they had curb service in their parking lot, in the late 60's I think.

Does that count as romantic? Does the College Inn still have curb service?
