Oysters
Oysters
I know this topic has been addressed before, but I guess I didn't pay attention. Husband and I will be in NO for several days this week, and we love oysters on the half shell; where can we find the best? Thanks for any suggestions.

Re: Oysters
Luke does .25 oysters from 3 to 6pm. enjoyed 6 dozen w/friends Friday night. considering the crowds for Friday Gras, we were seated immediately and service was great.Kass wrote:I know this topic has been addressed before, but I guess I didn't pay attention. Re: Oysters
Luke is great for oysters, especially their happy hour. Felix is good downtown, ask for Big Mike. Cassamento's uptown as well...last time I had them they were plump and good but not salty at all.

Yeah Cheese, the special is every day. It's one heck of a deal. Half priced drinks and $0.25 oysters. YUM.

At 333 St Charles, 3 blocks from Canal St., steps from the Intercontinental.
