Re: Lack of activity on this board
RouxTheDay (& Gourmondo), I suppose all those posters on Tom's board don't mind the weather or care about the start of school? I also suppose in your fantasy world such bizarre and ridiculous "reasons" are rational rather than laughable. I will admit that I've only listened to Tom mayb...

Re: Times Picayune sandwich blogger
If that is true, PNG, why in the world would a city the size of New Orleans have so many people so passionate about food and be recognized by most rational thinking people as a "food city?" Moreover, why would anyone who believes what you stated bother to frequent the numerous food forums ...

Re: Lack of activity on this board
BTW, you CAN edit your own posts to remove TOMMENTS. Of course you can, but it is an almost certainty to get the entire post deleted if Tom notices. That is the voice of experience speaking. Tom's antics are more than tiresome, and I am constantly amazed at the number of people who listen to him, s...

Re: Tiny horses at Fairgrounds
Take it from someone who previously owned and raced quarter horses: it is the most corrupt sport imaginable, including professional boxing.

Re: Lack of activity on this board
I doubt that the doldrums of summer has anything to do with it. Tom Fitzmorris's forum seems to be attracting a lot of posts, easily 4 or 5 times the number of this site and the TOB combined if you just count the food forum posts. That number is in spite of the outrageous number of posts Tom is dele...

Re: Who do you think is the Admin?
Well, for a short period of time I thought I was the Admin. Then I realized that I would probably know if that was the case. However, since JRO, JAG (despite her comments implying the contrary), and ChoWeb were 3 of the first "regular members" to register here, I would guess one of them wo...

And, she only banned you 2 or 3 times? I wish I had saved all the threatening PMs she sent me. They were a real hoot.

Re: TOB
I began posting on the "TOB" (to use the popular vernacular) about 10 years ago (I guess it was the original incarnation of that forum -- it was the original internet message board with Tom Fitzmorris, anyway). Although my participation was not continuous, it was more than sporadic. I witn...

Re: Bam Bam Mistries a Case
Well, ChoWeb, if Bam Bam’s description is even remotely accurate about the cell phone recording, there is no "other side to the story." The judge obviously has no clue concerning the Rules of Evidence, and I must assume that Bam Bam was just giving a blatant example of this ignorance to ca...

Re: Canola Mayo
Well, first, this disclaimer: Barbara Mikkelson and I have been having a verbal (e-mail based) battle for a number of months on another completely unrelated issue in Snopes that I will not bore anyone with here (besides, I would have to write a treatise to explain the whole thing). Suffice it to say...
