This recipe is so easy my husband could probably make it ,were he so inclined. It's addictive. Anyway, DON'T serve it hot, or even warm.
9" round cake pan, sprayed with Baker's Joy or just PAM
BEAT:
4oz unsalted butter (room temp)
4oz cream cheese (room temp)
ADD:
1t. vanilla
1 C sugar
1 egg
ADD:
1/4t. salt
1C flour
1t baking powder
STIR IN:
2C frozen blueberries (do not defrost)
spread into pan (angled metal spatula works best)
TOP WITH:
2T sugar mixed with
1t. cinnamon
BAKE: 350' approx. 1 hr.
Dust with 10X when cool

It doesn't last that long. When I make extras, I wrap in heavy duty foil and refrigerate. For best flavor, bring to room temp.

Sounds great. I've got a freezer full of blueberries. I'll try that as soon as I can get out to pick up some cream cheese!
