Keep it on Oak. The merchants get their foot traffic. The crowd size will plateau and probably shrink as most people I know will never go near it again due to how crowded it has been in the past.
Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege.

Palmer Park can have the Poor Boy Fest...keep the Po Boy fest on Oak.

Sounds crazy. Why not shut the streetcar down around the bend and use the neutral ground, or something? Palmer Park doesn't sound fun for some reason.

I always thought Palmer Park was full of used needles and used condoms.

Keep it on Oak Street. Palmer Park won't offer anything that is already available in the current location. And it is good for the commercial district!

Go ahead and keep it on Oak, but I won't be going if they do. WAY too crowded. I might actually go back if its in Palmer Park.
