Any ideas for
good and inexpensive places to eat in the Quarter during Jazz Fest? Nephew is going with friends, and most of my recs are too $$ and need reservations. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

I LOVE the Deja Vu for cheap and good eats.... breakfast 24 hours. Great people-watching, too!

Send them to Johnny's PoBoys on St. Louis near Decatur. Cheap. Serve breakfast and lunch till 4:00 PM. Chilie Cheese Dog PoBoy has 4 weinies on there. OMG! Perfect for kids.

I'll add Maspero's, Yo Mama's and Jimani (really more of a bar but they serve pretty decent bar food!)
