Are you kidding me?

Oh, JAG! Just saw that commercial earlier. How funny is that? "My results aren't typical, but...... blah, blah, blah". Happy New Year, honey!:toast:

That's about as bad as those ads touting high fructose corn syrup as a health food.

Do you think they are just out to grab some of what SUBWAY got out of their campaign with the guy and his super size pants? :p

Yes, I think it's the same thing.

If your goal is to be on a diet, Subway and Taco Bell shouldn't be in your vocabulary IMHO.

Eat less, move more. Quite simple you see.

I'm not sure what the Taco Bell diet is, maybe they are promoting low(er) calorie or less fat grams in their food.

I think like with anything (any food) it depends on how much (quantity, amount, portion size etc) and how often a person eats something.

re Subway, or any sandwich, it's the mayonaise or lots of cheese or sauces, dressings that add up over the bread, meat or vegetable topping IMO.

Salads are great, but with dressings and toppings that have 30-60 grams of grams of fat, not always so good.....
