I'm headed to a business lunch at "The Point" at 2800 4th St. in Harvey. Anyone know anything about the place? I'm going today. Thanks in advance for any help you can be.

Re: The Point in Harvey
It's a favorite of one of my customer's in the area, so I've been twice-in fact I was there last week.
It's a cafeteria style mom/pop restaurant with po-boys, gumbo and daily specials. You grab your tray and walk through the line like Piccadilly.
I had gumbo and potato salad last week and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Thanks. That's the second rec I've gotten for the gumbo. That'll be a starter and then probably a plate.RouxTheDay wrote:It's a favorite of one of my customer's in the area, so I've been twice-in fact I was there last week.
