Royal Palm in Harvey?

I know that this has been discussed before. Anyone have any fairly recent experiences. When I talk to people I know that have been there, it sounds like one-half went to a different restaurant than the other half. One-half: good food, wonderful ambience, "scenic" views (of what?). Other half: lousy service, lukewarm food, noisy, way expensive, and fried by the dinner hour sun thru the oversize windows. Any opinions here? Thanks

i wont go there. owned by felon and gov edwards briber bobby guidry. the money spent on the place was stolen from the la taxpayers. the feds let him keep the ill gotten loot for ratting out edwards.
