Vitamins
Where do you buy them?
I don't go to GNC, I find it over priced and the quality isn't what I think it should be. I was going to the Vitamin Shoppe on Magazine and like it. I find their prices fair and I like their selection. But, I am more apt to buy from Puritan's Pride. I don't have time or energy to go to a store when it happens to be open, which is the only problem I have with the Vitamin Shoppe. So Puritan's Pride works well for me. They have low prices and free shipping ($100 purchase).
They also have pet products, aromatherapy products and a lot more than just vitamins.

Re: Vitamins
I have been getting mine lately from Vitality. It is a little health/smoothie store with a few locations around here. I used to go to GNC, but I have read enough to have my doubts now about how good their products are.
I tried a shot glass of wheat grass at the Vitality store recently. Not sure what or any actual health bennefits one may get from that stuff, but it can't be worth it. That stuff was nasty.

I love wheatgrass juice. I used to get it from All Natural Foods on Magazine and developed a taste for it (which definitely resembles lawn clippings). Over time, I have felt a positive effect on my digestive system.BTG wrote: I tried a shot glass of wheat grass at the Vitality store recently. Re: Vitamins
I just get regular multi-vitamins that are widely available at chain drugstores. i.e., Centrum, One-a-Day, etc.

All Natural Foods...that's a blast from the past I had not considered for quite a while. Their buckwheat pancakes with fresh strawberries or blueberries were damn good.buzd wrote:I love wheatgrass juice. puritan.com
besides the free shipping, they have 3 for 1 sales often. my dog takes 15 supplements a day along with various traditional meds, so pricing is important.
they deliver fast too.

Re: Vitamins
JaG, I keep a supply of my favorite vitamins, herbs, essential oils, Neti Pots, etc on hand for my friends, family & students who want them. I have 3 companies that I work with through their catalogs.
I can basically get anything anyone wants (with an exception or two).
I hope no one thinks I'm trying to solicit, just answering JaGGie's question honestly!

What are these vitamins of which you speak?

I like kids. They taste like chicken.
