I was there for lunch just before Christmas - we were trying to eat at Mr Gyro's but it was jammed. Chad's was virtually empty but we really liked it. I had a gumbo, which was ok but not as good as mine of course, and then tuna on a croissant which was fresh and very nicely done. My companion had a cheeseburger which she really enjoyed. There were several other much more ambitious items available; prices were low to medium I thought. I think I paid $15 for my gumbo, the sandwich and some tea. We both felt that it was a place to revisit.

unless you're thinking of re-gifting that GC, then I would think anything could be worth it if it's basically "free".

the menu looks huge, so there's bound to be something good.
