The place was crazy busy before Frank took over. I had to beg people for chairs to accomodate my family then for par food. Frank is many notches above, obviously.
We are all screwed. If the dumbasses that run Colonial Country Club let him take over the kitchen, they would never be in (bad contractor debt) again.

enjoyed a great shrimp remoulade (the deviled egg is on the side) and a seafood platter (oyster, shrimp, catfish, callas, fries) today; loved the callas. the slaw was creamy good w/red onions and carrots. sadly, the soft shell truck had not yet delivered.
After Mon & Tues, even the calendar says W-T-F!

I can't wait to try this place. It was one my favorite seafood joints when it was in its prime and I have no doubt the new owner will restore its faded glory. Can anyone who's eaten there describe the fried seafood for me? Like is it fried in flour, Fish Fri, or cornmeal? Is the breading/batter light or crunchy? Those kind of things. Thanks.
