The three American's on the high bar was just amazing. I was actually kind of worried about the last guy's routine but all three of them hit it, great release moves, perfect catches and stuck landings. Awesome.

I don't know how I am going to make through the Olympics & go to work. Staying up too late every night, & of course having cocktails while missing out on sleep. Maybe I should take vacation until Olympics are over?? LOL

Or maybe just close my office door & lock it for nap time. Best idea!!

Damn friends & neighbors want to hang out too.

Come to the Casino (Texas Hold-'em) from 10:00 to 12:00 pm. We play cards, watch the olympics and discuss! ;)

Those U.S. Highbar Performances - BEST OF SHOW!

China's Rings can't match the excitement.

so tonight we get to watch the 10 yr old Chinese gym girls. I seriously doubt they're 15 or 16...I was sneaking in for adult bevvies at 15 or 16...these tykes are knee high to a chicken and couldn't get on most rides at Disney.

the U.S. men were robbed of the silver by curiously low scores on the pommel.

gymnastics...a hotbed of controversy!
After Mon & Tues, even the calendar says W-T-F!

You think gymnastics are bad, try watching Boxing. The American landed a clean punch to the head with no counter and the Korean got the point. I guess the Korean was awarded for using his head. I turned the TV off.

A couple of the USA woman's gymnastics scores were quite low, and I used to judge, so it's not just opinion. But, that said, I still think China would have gotten the gold and USA the silver. Silver is still respectable.

I highly doubt ALL the Chinese girls were 16 or older.

Wasn't it great watching Bela Karoyli with Bob Costas? He's so animated. I'm also proud of Marta, she did a great job.

Shawn Johnson's Coach seems likea great coach. He's very good with the girls.

The relay last night, 4X200 was great. Amazing.

I was disappointed in all of the out of bounds by the US. Aslo, not really one good landing without hopping and crossing the legs. They were lucky that the other teams were no so hot. I also thought that they could have showed some of the other competitors....afterall it is an event for them as well.

I have been watching asd much as aI can. I Love the Olympics. Swimming is my favorite, followed by Track and Field. I have been enjoying the gymnastics and all the other stuff (beach volleyball!).

AS I was out of town form Thursday to yesterday, this is the 1st day I have not been watching (somebody has to work). Can't wait until tonight!
