I'm in this camp. Is this really an anomaly to not make your own finger sandwiches? My mama makes the best chicken salad ever! That's what we'd always bring, either finger sandwiches or else a nicely decorated bowl of chicken salad with french bread crostini. Egg salad for the veg heads.

Thanks for all the suggestions. People at work told me to go with Southern PoBoy. It's right near me but I've never been there. They are closed on Saturdays but the guy is coming in to make them for me in the early evening so they will be fresh. And the price is about like Kid Creole.
I was leaning toward making my own but the list of attendees kept growing.
