Thats one of the few things I miss about living in Oregon, always having unlimited access to all of their great Pinot's.

Technically you should not put this under tree, its supposed to be kept refrigerated or frozen, but a large box of dark chocolate Enstrom's Toffee. I bought some this year for friends and included an extra box for me, which was opened last night.

If you have never tried it, its a high quality version of a heath bar, dipped in crushed almonds. For more info, go to: http://www.enstrom.com

know it all too well...sadly the box I got last year was only good for one serving, one rather LARGE serving. this and almond roca are not my friends, as they do not hang around long.

It's not food, but it's related...

I'd dearly love to have sustainable glass counter-tops... under-lit. Sigh..... (saw them on HGTV and have been coveting them since...)

Well, I don't celebrate C-mas but I'm often forced to participate somewhat. As payment for my suffering, I believe I have some Riedel glasses and some copper pans from Williams Sonoma. I've beat the $#@% out of my pizza stone, so I should have probably asked for another one of those, but I really wasn't paying attention.
