I sometimes think of what jobs I'd like to experience for just one day.
I'll spare you my list of "naturally New Orleans" kind of jobs, but what food-related job would you like to have for a day?
One that I can think of for me would be to make beignets at Cafe du Monde.

:)I'd like to be an assistant to whoever makes the soup at Commander's Palace. I'm pretty sure they'd fire me after one day because I'd spend all my time taking notes instead of prepping.

I'd like to be working in the kitchen with Paul Prudhomme, not sure what the job would be & I don't really care, but something that would allow me to just fully experience being with him while he created some of my favorite dishes.
