Now here's a bar that may do well in New Orleans in August. It's called Minus 5 because that's the temperature, in degC, of the bar. And your drinks are served in glasses made of ice.

Wow, totally cool! I agree with that lady. I'd rather go to a thirty minute bar than an ice hotel where I think there would be too much of a good thing. I'd love to see this come to New Orleans.
