Free coffee at Starbucks on Nov 4th

Post by Suzy Wong »

I have NO connection to Starbucks in any way. (other than being a regular customer) Just an fyi if you go in tomorrow 11/4 and say "I voted" you get a free tall coffee. (tall is their version of small)

I have a better idea. How about you go to a locally-owned coffeehouse and say "I could've gotten a free coffee at Starbuck's today, but decided to help the local economy by coming here!" Sorry, I AM biased. Just sayin'.

Normally I would agree, but the only "locally" owned coffee house near where I work is PJ's and they kind of suck, so I prefer Starbucks when the line is not down the street.

On weekends when I have time, I go to Royal Blend.

Btw, thanks for the heads up on the free coffee.

Free is the only way I would go to Starbucks...and maybe not even then. I think they are waaay overpriced.

I really like the coffee at Starbucks. Morning Call is my favorite coffee, but I live on the northshore, so I don't get it that often (although it is a regular stop for me when crossing the lake). I do not like the coffee at PJ's, or most of the local shops I have been in.

On weekends, I make Union Coffee and Chickory at home, but on weekdays, I generally stop at Starbucks. I only drink hot brewed coffee, none of the fru fru coffee drinks. The regular coffee is $1.80.

I will go have a free cup this afternoon. Tall Pikes Place roast with 1 splenda and heavy whipping cream.

Well, I won't be getting freebie anything. They didn't offer me an "I VOTED" sticker. I was so hoping to cash in on the free sex toys.

No it's not!

If you go in and want tea instead, they will take it from the person who already has tea, and give it to you;)
