Lilette Lunch

Post by bam bam »

I hadn't been there in awhile. I had lunch there on Sat and it was real good. I had the Pumpkin Soup and the Pork Sandwich. I didn't drink anything but water because I was so hungover. Fries are as good as always. DC had the gnocchi which looks like they changed it a little bit and the arugula salad. I had a bite of the salad. Very fresh and tons of eye appeal.

Highly recommended.

Thanks for the post and putting them back on our radar. It's been awhile since our last visit as well.

ditto...my last lunch there was perfection:
Escargot with garlic parsley butter
Braised veal cheeks with mixed greens and horseradish vinaigrette
Braised pork belly with tomato-cucumber-basil salad and garlic bread
Coq au vin with mushrooms, red wine, bacon and croutons
Quenelles of goats cheese crème fraiche with poached pears, pistachios, and lavender honey
After Mon & Tues, even the calendar says W-T-F!

I let out an audible "oh!' when I read this. ;)
