Thanks Yvette!

And that has to be the hardest part of recipe writing for me.
I'm writing a cookbook & it's my biggest challenge.

Isabella Maja:

Your writing a cookbook? Great! Sign me up for a First Edition! Autographed naturally!

Stipulate that I must be in New Orleans to pick it up!

I will gladly tell you both about it . . . let me collect my thoughts a bit . . might take a day or so.

In the meantime, let me just say if it ever gets finished, I will personally invite the two of you to a tasting of some of the recipes in the book.

Thinking about it, more than likely I'll put you both to work making some of the recipes! :whip:

ExPat & Art, I look forward to the day when I can break bread with both of you. We'll have to have a few forum meals when you come back to N.O., Art. :)

I'll be happy to help! I don't know when I'm ever going to get mine finished either. I thought it would be done a couple of months ago. Now I'm on hold because I'm preparing for an IRS audit on October 15, and can't concentrate.
