A few minutes ago I heard a caller to Tommy Tucker on WWL...the voice was familair to me from years ago as the "caller" to a late night radio show.
The caller tonight claimed to be a "trans-gender" named Phyllis that served as a Marine in Viet Nam.
Can anyone remember the name of the guy that had the radio talk show where he played his own guest to prompt stimulating callers who didn't know his routine?
I'm racking my brain!!!
Radio host that played his own guests???

And he is still going strong!
Here he has a real priest, with his phoney lady friend.

The first time I ever listened to Phil Hendrie, I was horrified. He had some guest that had a restaurant that catered to bulemics. After catching it a few times, I figured out his guests all sounded the same. What a weirdo.
