Perhaps it is a bunch of cranks! Or perhaps TF is the crank.bam bam wrote:How is it that Tf registers about 200 people in three days, mostly new to the food message board thing and yet none of them have anything interesting to say?

Your right. It's not centered.

I figured Bam Bam has multiple identities over there. Jack Napier and Nikki6 perhaps. Nikki6 is stealing his stories if not.
Now this is more like it.

Re: The food message board family grows....
What's funny is how he continues to promote himself.
"Back when I was an editor..."
"I published a 32 page newsletter..."
"Can you tell I was a math major..."
"Isn't this board fun?"
He really does fancy himself a teacher among students, occasionally reminding the students of his stature, and offering a motivational nuance when the atmosphere begins to wane.
I can just picture him staring at his screen, clicking the refresh button every 10 seconds, praying for a response.
Pathetic, in a sad sort of way, for one who is so busy.

I am starting to feel sorry for the guy a bit myself. In reading his newsletter diary entries is seems like something is changing in his life and he is starting to have self doubts or his becoming more needy.
Maybe he is just having an off month or something, but there def. appears to be a change IMHO.

Oh, I'm not sympathizing with the buffoon.
The Food Fool's Forum is dying a slow death, with only the Fool himself posting topics in hopes of responses.
Chumming the waters, pulling back an empty line, again and again.
Nothing more pathetic than a sad clown.
His comeuppance is long overdue.

I cannot get anything posted there. I guess that he finally figured out who I am since I used an email address with my name in it to sign up. I am crestfallen............... I will have to use one of my other names to post. Up with anonymity!
AS WITH GOD, I TOO WORK IN MYSTERIOUS WAYS................

I haven't tried it, but it might be possible to delete the "Tomments" from your posts by editing them after he posts. Someone needs to give it a try, that'll piss him off.

The best thing to do would be to just ignore him.
Attention is what he craves.
He started his own forum only after this one launched, and was wildly popular.
Typical TF Pavlovian reflex.

The irony of the whole situation is this. These boards, whatever the subject matter, thrive on controversy. No one is a bigger lightening rod for controversy than TF. Yet, due to his numerous insecurities and neuroses the man cannot stand the heat of controversy. Thus, he tomments, edits, deletes and eventually bans until he is the lone voice in the woods not making a sound.
