Here's the link with the cooking class info - Frank teaches on Thursday nights. I've done it twice before and even though it's expensive, it's my treat to myself. He's really great, and although it's a "demo" class, the wine is free-flowing AND he usually shows you all the recipes from start to finish. Then he sits down at each table and chats with the folks while we're eating. It's lasted about 3.5 or 4 hours each time. It would be really fun if some other folks could join me!
