Taylor's Pork Roll was definately our bologna as I grew up in Philadelphia. And the process of notching it 3 or 4 times around the edge rings home, in order to keep it more or less flat when frying. I still stock up when I (rarely) get back East. In the past I found it in stores in PA, NJ, MD, DE.

You also can get some mighty fine fried baloney sammiches at auto races. In NC/SC -Orange County Speedway and South Boston tracks had the BEST!! It is hit and miss at Nascar races to me though.
