Springfield and Ponchatoula Road Trip
Re: Springfield and Ponchatoula Road Trip
Anyway, we had a ball and Dom subsequently made a daytrip with us and another one or two with Nan and Chris. It really helps to get on the road and outa da house! Now you guys are back up in P'ville and we'll see you soon since we gotta visit PiL in L'town to pick up pee-cawns and do some crapshoppin' in the backwoods southern Mississippi commodity stores. Besides, Beth has some new data abt MS cemeteries we gotta look into. LOL

How's the weather while you're there? Effing freezing?

Re: Springfield and Ponchatoula Road Trip
Merry Christmas, Art!
I'm afraid that after living in the Deep South for 25 years, my blood has thinned...I've been freezing! Snowed the first few days... today, up to almost 40.... STILL freezing.
Struggling with my brother to take control of the effing thermostat!
Hope your Christmas was great, my friend. It's always good to hear from you-

Just wife and I. Christmas buffet at Atlantis. Christmas Day Eve at new Jazz Club in the Siena Hotel/Casino. Anniversary today (Sat.). Snow on the radar almost here. If not too heavy we'll be off to another jazz club - The Polo Lounge.
A very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you, Dom, and all yours.
