WURST: Candy corn in a close race with the orange marshmellow peanut thing described by bam bam. I couldn't gag down that stuff when I was a little kid.

Does anyone remember SUGAR DADDIES? Brown, hard candy on a stick, about 1" wide and 3" long?

I also remember Sugar Babies.........got stuck in my teeth. (those and Mary Janes) I also hate that orange peanut thing. I remember running out of candy and having to give out oatmeal and grits packets. LOL My husband threw in jello boxes..........

Necco's are foul. Why are they still made? Call me a dare devil, but I love home made popcorn balls, followed by mini-Chick-o-sticks and of course chocolate.

Acutally you are still correct with the name. Sugar Babies were in a bag (like raisonettes).....the Sugar Daddy was on a stick. Both about pulled your teeth/fillings out.

Worst: the aforementioned orange & black nasty chewy taffy blobs. A close second & third: candy corn & boston baked beans (little red yucky things).

Best: homemade stuff, like peanut butter fudge, popcorn/pecan balls, pralines, candy apples. Next best was a satsuma. My mama always said if you didn't know 'em well enough to eat their homemade goodies, you shouldn't be trick-or-treating at their houses....
