Very good friend of mine (Jon Wilson) is 1 of 5 finalists for the country's best pulled pork sandwich, as determined by the Regis & Kelly Show (hokey group of selectors, I grant you) It is a very young business. Both and his wife, a HS principal, moved to NOLA post-K, are genuinely good people.
