Huevos Con Tamale
You cannot consider yourself a serious diner in New Orleans until you have had this dish at Huevos. The beauty of it is it goes down so easy but unless you have an iron constitution you pay for it the rest of the day.

I had it one morning. I really liked it. And the rest of the day went great!
I did not have coffee however, with that meal.

Penny had that when we went for breakfast two Sunday's ago. I had the other interesting egg dish, even if I forget what it was. They were both good.
