Juban's in Baton Rouge

Post by Yvette »

Went to Juban's Saturday night. I have not been for a while. Some things were interesting, so just okay. I did think that the cold soup...honeydew melon with crabmeat was so perfect for the intense heat this past weekend. (Didn't go with my big ass red though :p)

I love melon soups, especially with crabmeat, avocado, and/or lots of black pepper.

My Dad always put black pepper on fresh canteloupe. It's a combo that works.
