Bozo's:
Because the times I've eaten at Casamento's and got an oyster sandwich they were extremely skimpy. I'm talking about maybe 5-6 oysters total.
Now Casamento's has a better atmosphere but strictly food, Bozo's.

Casamento's but mostly because I hate driving to Metairie.

Re: Bozo's vs Casamento's
Casamento's is closed for their annual summer vacation. They will not reopen until 15 September. I guess Memorial Day coming so early this year has them closing a little sooner than usual. I meant to get in one more splurge there, but I've missed it.

Bozos. Perfectly fried, freshly shucked, fresh oil. Casamentos pan bread is way too heavy.

Definately Bozo's.....and for just the oyster bar alone (not the rest of the restaurant) I like Pascale's Manale over Casamento's. Thomas is a great Shucker.

Bozos --Love their oysters-raw and fried. I like the cornmeal. I have eaten their since I was a little girl.
