This stuff is simply outstanding. Lick the spoon, drinakably good. Received a bottle as a gift. I only have 1/4 of the bottle left so I went in search of more. I was unable to find it locally and had to order from their site. Never thought I'd spend $34 a bottle plus shipping but, it is that good and I am hooked.

A friend brought me 2 bottles of balsamic from France, one lavender and one regular. I'm never going back to the cheap stuff. Thanks for the info on the Olivier's & Co.
