I've heard it's terrible. The redeeming factors of the old one were the lake and the live music. The food was never very good.

I went a few times right after they openened and found no reason to bo back.
The main thing that got me in the door was that it is very close to where I work and the big sign out front said seafood and beer garden. I am sorry, but coors, bud, miller, and an Abita on tap does not equal a beer garden.
Food was bland and such.

I guess if you went in at a slow time, they might could do ok with some boild seafood.

I agree, I never found the food at the old one that good. However, I do enjoy their chargrilled oysters. I usually eat a dozen and my husband gets boiled seafood.
We were going to Seithers on Hickory a lot because they have a boiled seafood platter. My husband usually eats the shrimp/crawfish and corn and I eat the crabs and a few shrimp. The last two times we have been though the crabs are mushy inside. I don't know if they are re-boiling left-overs or what but I'm sad to see their quality go down.
