Oysters w/mignonette

Post by jodyrah »

I have guests coming that prefer mignonette w/ 1/2 shell. Does any place offer local oysters this way other than Bourbon House? Lilette serves oysters/mignonette but sadly not gulf oysters.

I would call Bourbon House first. I don't tend to use minonette on my oysters, so it's possible I'm forgetting, but I don't think they serve their (excellent) oysters with the sauce.

Try Luke and La Cote Brasserie in the Renaissance Arts Hotel.
