Bam bam live reviews la petite grocery

Post by bam bam »

I am dining by myself @ the bar. Menu isn't very ambitious. Wine list is solid. I am drinking the ehlers cab. Bartender is an improvement over the douche @ coquette. Of course, she is young, friendly, attractive female. Obviously being a sullen, arts male doesn't get you far with bam bam.

1st course is a celeriac, walnut and bleu cheese salad. The Obama economy is killing the salad as they cut back on the bleu cheese.

Salad is quite good. Bartender drops that she has a boyfriend. Oh well.

Boyfriend or not, I love the bartender. Main course is here. Lamb shank with stone ground grits.

FYI, the bartender is a twin:whip:....and a friend of mine.

If I do this again, I am going to have to pick another place with a douchey male bartender.

The lamb shank is excellent. Not enough grits on the plate. Apparently, I missed the partcof Obama's speech where there is a grit consumption tax.

I have decided to contribute to the Obama economy by subsidizing an additional side order of grits.

They are very generous with their wine pours here. Good customers get 3 glasses per bottle. As such I will be tipping well.

Eating grits dilluted by lamb shank sauce with a fork while typing is another skill of mine that has no value whatsoever.

Sorry was chatting up the bartender. Overall, I would recommend the place but with the caveat that I wouldn't expect to be overwhelmed.

She told she had a boyfriend. It doesn;t mean she actually has one.

You need to cheer up:toast:. Why:confused: are you even thinking of an internet food forum when you're dining out?

I can attest to it Suzy, she really does have a boyfriend.
