Went Thursday night. OMG! I still think this is one of the best restaurants in the entire city. We had lamb cassoulet, and a venison roast with foie gras.

Excellently washed down with Chateau Palmer. Perfect match. I was in wild animal heaven.

And, John Besh still gets my vote as the most gorgeous Chef anywhere.

You are right about that, I forgot about him, since his place left Harrah's, I don't see his picture around too much.

My vote goes to Chef Bob at Cuvee...but that doesn't really have much to do wth Restaurant August does it? lol
