Casper, We almost never eat downtown so I'm coming up dry on ideas. The Dallas Morning News has a pretty good website. http://www.guidelive.com Lola receives lots of accolades on Chowhound. :)I'd like to be an assistant to whoever makes the soup at Commander's Palace. I'm pretty sure they'd fire me after one day because I'd spend all my time taking notes instead of prepping.
