Always at my dining room table... but it's because of the way the house is arranged.

Some of you have been over here, so you understand. It's the most comfortable place to eat, and we can see the tv or hear the music if it's on.

justagirl and I have made quite a few luncheon trips to Acropolis on Vets highway. YUM. I've duplicated several of their dishes, this is one of my favorites for the summer. Right now I have marinating in the fridge chunks of pork loin, chunks of tri-colored peppers, and a small box of fresh mushroom...

Hopefully by then I'll have a camera. My main concern was what herbs to use that would compliment the figs, not SC...

I've got a very pretty pork loin in the fridge... and am about to obtain some fresh figs....

I was wondering if I could incorporate these two somehow? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Woooboy that place is dead . I swear, every word typed from an admin or mod over there is condescending and obnoxious... that latest post is insulting... how obscure can you be? What a NON-answer. You bettcha your sweet fannies there are big changes a' comin'. The lights are about to get turned off.

Commander's!! Geez.... my last experience was my LAST EXPERIENCE there! I haven't been satisfied with that place for the last ten years. I didn't go often, but never, ever thought the food/service worth all the hoopla - and that was on a good day. On a bad day.... oh I won't even go into again. lol

When it's just my husband and I we grab a paper towel, lol!

But I've got a great assortment of cloth which I love. We use them all the time when we have dinner guests.

I have some linen napkins that are beautiful - from my mother.... but I don't use them. (hate to iron!)
