Wine Shipping Question

I have the opportunity to have 6 bottles of Schwarzriesling from the Württemberg area of Germany shipped to me. The shipper wants to send it directly to my house. I have never had wine sent to my home address from outside the country. Is this possible? Will the wine be held up in Customs? Any advice out there on how to bring this wine home?
