Here's how GQ's Alan Richman described it:
"For the pièce de résistance, I ordered a sandwich that locals and the Bayona waitstaff advised me not to miss: smoked duck, cashew butter, and pepper jelly. It was warm and leaden, as though it had been compressed with car-crushing equipment. It glistened with fat. It had that creepy jelly and that weird butter plus a few chunks of duck and a lot of oily cooked onions. It was moist. It also was reddish brown, like the soup and, come to think of it, the walls."
