Next week is my birthday. I have taken the week off. I was going to go to Houston and do some restaurants there but Ike has put pay to that idea. Therefore I am staying in Lake Charles and doing food venues here both low end and high end. These are not appropriate for this venue but if anyone wants to follow my week I will be posting them on my blog starting today.
