Middendorf's

Post by JRO »

Anybody got any scoop on how much water they took on & when they will reopen. From what I hear they took on about 2 feet of water from Ike. I sure could go for some thin cut catfish.

Mrs. Fury's husband works there. Here's a couple threads from another board.

Horst was on the Ch 9 news at 9:00 pm. Did not sound very good. May be closed for quite awhile. Seems that the high water lifted the building, which in turn broke the pipes/plumbing connections. Certainly will take some time to repair.

Chef Horst has had his share of storm troubles....

He could have used Andrea's line of the catfish swimming up to his door.

Good luck to him...I imagine flood insurance was expensive or non-existent in that location.
