After bringing up the oyster dishes at Remoulade, I came across this gem. Here is the recipe, and a video which was posted in Times-Pic today. I have not been to Mila yet, but I believe this is one of their signature apps. Once I read the recipe, I realized that I would just love any oyster dish that starts with one pound of butter for four servings!
