I'll get slammed for this, but in her prime Whitney Huston's voice is hard to match.
No one has mentioned Aretha Franklin yet. She still belts out effortlessly.

For Pop music, I enjoy Babra Sreisand and Agnetha Faltskog's voices. I really enjoy Agnetha's "Jesus Christ Superstar" in Swedish.
