Totally beautiful. Love the name of the site - Not Martha - LOL!
Forget the apple - a café au lait a day keeps the doctor away!

OMG I want this NOW. I'm such a bacon fiend. With as many good foods as there are out there..I truly think if someone told me that I could only have one type of meat for the rest of my life..I'd pick bacon.

I too love bacon. BLT's at least once a week. Bacon strips on top of each Fried Tomato Slice. Yum.

I don't know if I would have the patience to make the cups though. I would like to run into them in a restaurant, however.

These look great and what neat presentation! I'm thinking you could fill them with scambled eggs for breakfast, do a spinach or cobb salad for lunch and even fill them with mashed potatoes for dinner....ah, you have my wheels turning now...weeeeeeeeeeeeee!!

Oh..that does sound yummy...but I'd probably just cut a big ole fresh tomato into chunks...top it off with mayo..and eat it..eat it ALL. Ok, I need a support group.

Yeah mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, chives and a little sour cream!
I like kids. They taste like chicken.

Good Lard!

I have also seen them done with canadian bacon lined in a muffin tin, then fill w/egg, bake and serve topped w/ hollandaise. eggs benedict cups.
After Mon & Tues, even the calendar says W-T-F!
