I got busted about 3 weeks ago by a speeding camera on Canal near St. Anthony's. Believe it or not, I tend not to speed so it surprised me when I saw the flashes at 730pm. In fact, I thought the cameras were not timed correctly since I didn't think I was speeding, yet the cameras flashed. Initially, I was thinking they were still set to the school zone speed limit of 20mph. But when the ticket arrived it showed that I was going 45 in a 35mph.

I've been out of town for most of the past 4 weeks. I know the courts have been back in fourth but not sure what the standing is lately.

Any advice? I have until the 20th to pay.
