OK, folks, whenever you feel down and out about things there, read this! Talk about a bunch of greedy rubes...my combined water/sewer bill is now 4-5 times what it was when i bought this house 10 years ago...and it's still just me and the cat. And the sewer portion is twice the water usage portion.
