I got a reminder today from them in the mail to please fill out my form and return it. The problem is that I can not answer the questions truthfully BECAUSE IT IS NOT APRIL 1RST YET!!!! I hope these are not the same people that will be running health care or the country will be bankrupt in two years instead of four!!
