Shoe Shine Boy at Tulane and Broad

So the Criminal Courts Building now has a shoe shine boy. A sure sign of progress. It is now a rule of court that all court house gossip must be dispensed at the shoe shine stand. For instance, today while getting a shoe shine, I had to tip him ridiculous amounts of money to find out that Jimmy the Weasel has been snitching to the DA about Fat Tony.
