M Bistro at Ritz Carlton

went to the ribbon cutting at the Ritz Carlton for the new M Bistro. if what I tasted is any indication of what is to come, then put this on the list. they plan to use local ingredients as part of their "green" concept. M is named after Chef Matt Murphy...all the best!
