I wonder what he actually did. The Brits are being pretty tight lipped. If this would have happened over here we would know what the criminal complaint stated, and it would be all over the news along with his mug shot on smokinggun.com.

TMZ reports that he has no real relationship with his mother. Had lived with his dad who passed away.
Apparently, there was a loud argument and he either "brushed" or "pushed" her aside.
She and the daughter filed charges.
BTW: They said that in England, you can charge someone with VERBAL assault. Pretty strange, huh?

Interesting article. I had read about Candace Bergen and Charlie stuff before. Did not know that Christian's dad married Gloria Steinum.
